These terms apply when you buy an ACTCAD licence from https://indiancad.com, operated by Pragya Technologies India Private Limited, Pune, India. Placing an order means you accept them. We have written them in plain language, because terms nobody can read protect nobody.

Who we are

Pragya Technologies India Private Limited is the exclusive distributor of ACTCAD in India. We are not the publisher of the software; we sell, licence, invoice and support it here. ACTCAD is developed by its publisher, and your use of the software is also governed by the publisher's own end-user licence agreement, which is shown to you when you install it.

What you are buying

• A licence, not the software itself. You buy the right to use ACTCAD under the terms of the licence you have chosen. Copyright in the software remains with its publisher.
• Perpetual, with lifetime validity. A key-based licence does not expire and does not need renewing. It stays valid for the version you bought.
• Per seat, unless stated otherwise. A single-user licence is for one person on one machine at a time, and is transferable to a new machine. Network, dongle and cloud licences work differently and are described at the point of sale.
• Not a subscription. Nothing recurs, nothing auto-renews, and we never store your card details.

Future major versions are new products, not free updates. If an upgrade path is offered for your licence we will tell you the price at the time; there is no automatic entitlement to a version released after your purchase.

Orders and acceptance

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email with your order reference. We may decline an order — for example where a price has been listed in error, where we cannot verify the buyer, or where a licence type is not available in the configuration requested — and if we do, nothing is charged.

Every published price is checked, but if an obvious error appears we will contact you before taking payment rather than hold you to it.

Prices, GST and invoicing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST. GST is added at 18% and shown separately before you commit.
• We sell in India only. Provide your state at checkout — it determines whether CGST/SGST or IGST applies to your invoice.
• Give us your GSTIN if you want it on the invoice. We cannot add it afterwards once the invoice has been filed.
• A GST invoice is issued for every sale and emailed to you.

Payment

We never see, handle or store your card details. Payment is completed with our bank or payment partner on their own secure systems. Your licence is issued once payment has cleared.

Where a payment link is sent to you after ordering, the order is held for you until it is paid. An unpaid order may be cancelled by us after a reasonable period, and we will tell you before we do.

Delivery

Licences are delivered by email, normally the same business day. There is no physical shipment and no delivery charge anywhere in India — including for USB dongles, where those are supplied. Our shipping & delivery policy sets this out in full.

Delivery is to the email address you give us at checkout. Please make sure it is correct and can receive attachments; if nothing has arrived within one business day, tell us and we will resend it.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel within 7 days of placing an order, and ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. The full conditions — including what happens once a licence key has been issued and activated — are in our cancellation policy and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

We would genuinely rather you used the 15-day free trial first. It is the same software, fully featured, with no card required, and it is the surest way to know the product fits your work before any money changes hands.

Support

Installation help, licensing help and training are provided free by our engineers in India, by email, phone and remote session, whether or not you have bought yet. Support is offered on business days during working hours and we aim to respond within one business day. It covers the use of the software; it does not extend to your hardware, your operating system, your network, or work we would be doing on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

• Use the software within the terms of the licence you bought, and do not copy, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer it.
• Keep your licence key safe. It is the proof of your purchase and we treat whoever holds it as entitled to use it.
• Check that your machine meets the stated system requirements before buying.
• Keep your own backups of your drawings. We are not a backup service and never hold copies of your work.

What we do not promise

We warrant that the software we supply is genuine, correctly licensed to you, and that we will fix or replace a licence that does not work. Beyond that, no software is free of defects and we do not promise ACTCAD will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose you have not told us about — which is the honest reason the trial exists and why we ask you to use it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from a sale is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost drawings, lost time or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

ACTCAD and other product names are the trademarks of their respective owners. AutoCAD® is a registered trademark of Autodesk, Inc. Comparisons on this site are for evaluation and are not endorsed by, or affiliated with, any other vendor.

Using this website

The text, images and layout of this site belong to us or are used with permission; please do not copy them for commercial use. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, or use our contact forms to send advertising.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you place your order, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

Grievances

If something has gone wrong, write to us first — most things are settled in a single email. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two business days and to resolve it within fifteen.
